The main function of the Production Team is to help with the setup and breakdown of each night. They help with loading in and loading out sound and video equipment, assist the band with any setup needs they have and also assist the Environment Team with stage setup.

The vision for LIFT was born out of prayer. We have turned to the Holy Spirit for guidance continuously along the way as that vision has grown and developed. That being said, prayer is an essential part of all we do. The Prayer Team has two functions – one is to pray daily, on their own, for the specific needs of our ministry and its overall protection. The other function is to pray at the LIFT night - interceding on behalf of the specific prayer intentions of those who come to worship at LIFT. They pray for all who will attend, the band, the speaker, the staff, and the volunteers.

The goal of the Hospitality Team is to make everyone who walks in the door feel welcome and a part of the LIFT community. Our Hospitality Team doesn’t just greet people at the door; they also do things such as take volunteer and mailing list signups, distribute information on our Partner Program and lead people into the worship space. In addition, they facilitate our offering baskets, sell merchandise and answer general questions people have about our ministry.

Often times, because God swells at the core of our hearts, worshippers need someone to listen to them or someone to pray for them. That’s what our Ministry Team does. They provide personal, one-on-one prayer and relational ministry. Our Ministry Team is composed of a carefully selected group. We have chosen our Ministry Team based on their spiritual maturity and their past experience in praying with others. They have each been formed by our leadership and in our vision.

A creative environment and space can make all the difference. It helps draw us in to worship and create that experience of heaven. Tying into our theme, the Environment Team gets creative in designing the stage sets, general prayer environments and lots more. These people draw on their creative and artistic gifts to serve God and help us all to be drawn more deeply into the heart of worship.

The Publicity Team helps get the word out about LIFT in every way possible - by word of mouth, advertising in various publications, looking into online outlets, through parishes, schools, college campus ministries, mailings, etc. They are always looking into new and creative ways to tell people about LIFT.

LIFT Ministries has no paid staff. We rely solely on the donations of generous benefactors through our Partner Program and other fundraising efforts to keep this ministry going. It is the role of the Fundraising Team to come up with new and creative ways to raise funds so that we can keep this ministry growing and thriving.
